What this list is — and what it is not.
The Launch Alerts list is a simple, non-clinical announcement list. We use it to share launch availability updates — for example, when access opens for new states, or when a goal area becomes available through our licensed clinical partners.
Please do not submit any protected health information (PHI). Do not include health history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, allergies, lab results, photos, or treatment requests in this form, in the email it generates, or in any reply. This list is for general launch updates only.
- No patient–provider relationship is created by signing up for launch alerts. We are not your healthcare provider, and signing up does not enroll you in any treatment or pathway.
- No guarantee of eligibility, prescription, or treatment. Signing up does not reserve a spot, qualify you for any therapy, or guarantee that any specific service will be available to you.
- Clinical decisions are made only by licensed clinicians through our partner workflows after launch — never through this signup form, the resulting email, or any marketing channel.
- Email is not for emergencies or PHI. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use email to send clinical information at any point.
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every alert email will include an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@yourhealthrx.us with the subject "Unsubscribe" to be removed.
