Overview
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to YourHealthRx ("we," "us," or "YourHealthRx") for telehealth coordination services, administrative onboarding, consultation access coordination, and educational wellness and longevity program access. By purchasing any YourHealthRx service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Services covered by this policy
YourHealthRx provides telehealth coordination services, which may include account setup, administrative intake, consultation access coordination with independent licensed clinicians, scheduling support, educational program access, and the connective workflows between you and qualified partner services. YourHealthRx does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, compound, ship, or sell medication.
General rule: refunds are generally not available once services have begun
Because much of the value of our services is delivered through preparation, coordination, and access provisioning, refunds are generally not available once any of the following has begun or occurred:
- You have started or completed administrative onboarding or intake;
- Your information has been submitted for or reviewed by an independent licensed clinician;
- A consultation, appointment, or any access to a clinician has been made available, scheduled, or completed;
- Administrative coordination work has been performed on your behalf; or
- Any partner service (for example, lab or pharmacy partner coordination) has been initiated for you.
Limited circumstances where a refund may be considered
YourHealthRx may, in its discretion, consider a refund (in whole or in part) where:
- Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same service due to a payment-processing error.
- Billing errors: You were charged for a service you did not purchase or were charged the wrong amount.
- YourHealthRx-side technical issue: A technical issue on the YourHealthRx platform prevented you from accessing a purchased program, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
- Product or service issues required by law: A refund is required by applicable law in your state of residence.
To request consideration under this section, please contact us at our contact page within thirty (30) days of the charge. Decisions on refund requests are made in YourHealthRx's sole discretion, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Prescription medications and pharmacy partners
YourHealthRx is not a pharmacy and does not sell, dispense, compound, or ship medication. Any prescription medication that an independent licensed clinician determines is clinically appropriate is fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy partner. Any refund, return, or exchange of any medication is governed entirely by the pharmacy partner's own policies and by applicable federal, state, and local law. Generally, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.
Clinician services
Any clinical services delivered by independent licensed clinicians are provided pursuant to that clinician's own engagement with you. Refund policies for clinician services are set by the clinician or the partner platform delivering those services and may differ from this policy.
No guarantee of clinical outcome or eligibility
Payment for telehealth coordination services does not guarantee a clinical outcome, eligibility for any treatment, or a prescription. Independent licensed clinicians determine, in their sole clinical discretion, whether and how to proceed with any clinical interaction. Refund eligibility is not affected by a clinician's clinical decision.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first if you believe a charge was made in error so that we can attempt to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe to be unwarranted.
How to request a refund
To request consideration of a refund, please contact us via our Contact page and include: (1) the name on the account, (2) the date and amount of the charge, (3) the email address used for the purchase, and (4) the reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within ten (10) business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
