Your journey

From administrative intake to ongoing follow-up.

YourHealthRx is a coordination layer. Here's exactly what happens, in plain language, from the moment you sign up through ongoing support — and what does and doesn't happen on this platform.

The journey

Five clear stages.

Each stage is explicit about what is administrative (handled by YourHealthRx) and what is clinical (handled by an independent licensed clinician).

01

Sign up & administrative intake

You create an account and complete a short, non-clinical intake. This stage is administrative coordination only — YourHealthRx captures the routing information needed to connect you with an independent licensed clinician.

02

Independent clinician review

An independent licensed clinician reviews the information you've provided. The clinician determines, in their sole discretion, whether and how to proceed. YourHealthRx does not influence this decision.

03

Treatment-options discussion

Where clinically appropriate, the clinician may discuss treatment options with you — including prescription options when applicable — based on their independent clinical judgment, state rules, eligibility, and partner availability. The clinician decides what (if anything) is recommended.

04

Partner-service coordination

If a clinician's plan calls for lab work, that is coordinated through qualified lab partners. If the clinician issues a prescription, fulfillment is handled by a licensed pharmacy partner subject to that pharmacy's policies and applicable law. YourHealthRx does not dispense, compound, ship, or sell medication.

05

Ongoing follow-up

Administrative follow-up, scheduling support, and educational program access continue. Any clinical follow-up remains the responsibility of the independent licensed clinician.

Roles, clearly

Who does what.

The line between coordination and clinical practice is the most important thing on this site.
